I knew Joe starting at Washington Elementary School. He was a really good guy who got along well with everybody, which wasnt an easy task at that scrappy school. There were lots of schoolyard squabbles and a few serious fights now and then. Good to see that Joe pursued and obtained a science degree and it looks like he had a good career. Hard to believe he is no longer with us. I will not forget Joe.

I knew Joe from sharing high school class's together. He was a friend both in class and outside of class. As much as it hurts to see some of our classmates die young, it also hurts to see someone like Joe just at retirement age and unable to enjoy his retirement with family and friends.
