Debra (Debby) Louise Milligan was my best friend until the day she died. We were both new students at a new school (Sequoia) on the same day in 1965 and that is how we met! Turned out that her cousins and my family knew each other - what a small world it is!
I saw that she was still listed on the "can't find" list. Just wanted to help and let others know that she had passed away.
